October 1998 - This contest/survey was sponsored by Times2 Tech, D&A Software, and Thaddeus Computing. All upgrades were installed by Thaddeus Computing. Entrants filled out a survey form with some statistical data such as age, occupation, etc. and then gave their opinion on backlighting for the palmtop.
August 1998 - This contest was sponsored by Times2 Tech, D&A Software, and Thaddeus Computing. Entrants had to send in a list of who they though the top five "Power Users" of the 200LX were, and why. Alternately, they could enter a list of contest ideas.
May 1998 - This contest was also sponsored by D&A Software and Times2 Tech. Entrants were instructed to write a limerick about the 200LX. Prizes included 8MB RAM upgrades, speed upgrades, WWW/LX Plus 2.0, TimeTracker/LX, and ABC/LX.
January 1998 - This contest was sponsored by Times2 Tech and D&A Software. Entrants were instructed to write an essay explaining why the 200LX is superior to Windows CE handhelds and to the PalmPilot. Prizes included a 4MB RAM upgrade, a speed upgrade, a pair of T2T high-capacity NiMH batteries, WWW/LX Plus, and TimeTracker/LX.
